Gameplay
Unlike the previous two games, which made up most of the United States “continental”, The Crew Motorfest gratuit takes place on the Hawaiian island of Oahu (that car fans know well thanks to Test Drive Unlimited). The developers recreated it to scale, that is to say somewhat reduced, but retaining key attractions such as the city of Honolulu and the volcanic mountain ranges.
The game's hotspot is the title's car festival. In this context, we participate in various competitions or thematic events – with race in the foreground – using hundreds of machines. Sports cars and off-roaders are in the foreground, but there are also planes and boats, who were introduced in The Crew 2.
Technology
The Crew Motorfest was developed using the engine from previous installments in the series. Since the game was released on the 8th and 9th generation consoles, there was no notable graphical jump compared to The Crew 2. There has, however, been a qualitative change in terms of worldview : given the smaller scale of the island of Oahu compared to the “continent” American, developers placed more emphasis on preparing more diverse biomes and populating the world with unique locations, handcrafted.
